Performance and Technical information on Stage 3 engines for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Not all engines have to produce high horsepower to be successful.  Here's a 78 HP engine producing 90 Ft. Lbs. of torque. When you are trying to pull around a dresser, high torque is more important than horsepower readings. This engine is the result of a lot of work by Vince Barlow in Calgary, Alberta. Do you want to know what some of the other runs show are the chart are? Well Vince worked with Bub pipes, an S&S Super "E"  and an EV-27 cam before settling on the current combination. If you read this very carefully, you'll notice that the bike is now using a Keihin CV again.
