V-TWIN Café Scrap Book
1994 Harley-Davidson FXDL

If you wonder if a Harley-Davidson Big Twin can go around a corner, take a close look at the pegs on the bike. Remember, this bike has been raised slightly with Works Performance rear shocks and front fork springs to improve the lean angles. That is a lot of metal to take off the pegs. If you think this is easy, raise your bike up about an inch then go out and try it yourself.

1994 FXDL Off Side View A slightly different view of the V-TWIN Café. The aerodynamics of the fairing and chin spoiler work. There is little wind buffeting of the rider at high speeds.
Despite the high horse power figures, the bike easily gets 50+MPG at reasonable highway speeds. So much for the rumor that creating a high performance engine ruins gas mileage.
